Every major city has one of these - a silver-clad mime who performs his act on the street corner.  He will stand perfectly still, like a statue, for minutes at a time, and then scare a passer-by by suddenly moving (and simultaneously asking for a donation).

Always remember that a Mime is a terrible thing to waste.
